This dealership gave me a great experience that came with amazing customer service. Jimmy and Teresa who made my experience smooth and easy, I completed their online application and within hours I received a phone call about the car I was interested in, they asked me a couple of questions and I told them I live about 1 hour and a half away and I didn’t want to come down unless I was approved first. By the next morning Teresa called me and said we got the numbers for you they laid everything out and even worked hard on getting me approved for the federal tax credit I also traded in a car which was more money down for me and I didn’t even have to put any money down on top of that low monthly payments. I highly recommend this dealership for you car buying experience they are going to make sure you are happy and your car is everything you wanted!

Very good experience buying a car from Face Autos. I get stressed out a lot dealing with people in general, yet alone pushy salesmen. This place is so different and everything I could possibly hope for when buying a car. The person helping us was a young man with a T-Shirt and jeans, not a suit, which I preferred. I showed up and was able to open any Tesla on the lot and test drive them as well, without any long spiel or answering any questions. I just pointed at one and the young man, Allen started them from his phone and let us go. On one test drive, I put the car in park (which shuts off the car without the FOB) so my dad could test drive it also, called them and they started the car from the app and off we went. Jimmy is his father and was very nice and knowledgeable about all the cars. Once we decided on what car to buy it took less than 45min and we were done.

We bought a car from Face Auto, and the whole experience was strangely fine. The place has a unique vibe — a little quirky, a little unexpected — but the person was honest, easy to work with, and surprisingly helpful. The car runs perfectly, the price was fair, and the whole process was smoother than we expected. Weird vibe, good people, solid cars. Would definitely buy here again.

Ignore the low reviews I’ll tell you what’s up Jimmy is a business man he is here to make the deal go through. Will work with you if reasonable. It’s a family business his son is helping with the place which I admire! Teens need structure goals and work ethic! Teresa is a sweet heart very kind. I can understand stand the little complaints and how they can be perceived. Your buying a used car it won’t be perfect and everyone writing a review either didn’t get what they wanted or wants to much. There here to sell you a car that’s it I walked away with a model x was it perfect no but I’m happy especially with a child on the way and my fiance can easily manage the child belongings!
